1-1 Coaching

We offer 1-1 sessions in person and online. Depending on your goals and what works for you, we can accommodate multiple sessions a week to once a month.

Our services include:

Sports Injury Rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) mobility/flexibility training

Strength & Performance training

Programming for the above

We aim to guide you through your injury rehabilitation so you can better understand your body to be able to deal with current issues and tackle future ones.

The reasoning is everything - we strive to ensure that you understand why you experience your symptoms/current limitations and what you can do to work towards making long-term changes.

Not one human is the same as the other and this further illustrates the importance of an assessment in order to achieve a holistic approach. One thing that everyone will have in common when working with us is homework. Facilitating the work within our sessions will require effort outside of them; creating changes can take time, effort and perseverance.

Your First session

We begin with a thorough assessment; this comprises elements of Functional Range Assessment, measuring your strengths and weaknesses, looking at your movement, and understanding your current issues whilst also considering training and injury history. The assessment is a necessity, to be able to provide you with what you need, we must first know where you’re currently at. This is a staple in our decision-making going forward and comparing back to this later down the line when we reassess. This will help to lay out the progress that has been made.
